World Finance Corporation of Illinois is seeking a Branch Manager to drive branch growth, portfolio performance, and profitability through loan production and tax preparation growth. You will recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team while maintaining efficient branch operations and strong customer relationships.

Compensation ranges from $36,000 to $55,000, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Must be able to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits.
• At least one year of management experience or successful completion of management training program.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
