Qualifications

• At least one year of management experience or completion of a management training program.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through outreach, referrals, community engagement and promotion of products.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collections to maintain portfolio performance.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees and hold them to performance standards.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and support informed business decisions.
