This position offers a base salary of $39,500 to $50,000 plus performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits designed to support employees at all stages of life.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience or completion of a management training program.
• Experience achieving sales, portfolio growth or profitability goals.
• Experience making lending, collection, or customer account decisions.
• Proven ability to generate business through community involvement and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax preparation production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, community engagement, networking, and promotion of branch products and services.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance and minimize losses.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while holding them accountable for performance.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
