Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing
• Must be able to perform bank runs including deposits

• Meet branch goals for loan growth and profitability
• Grow the branch through outreach, referrals and community engagement
• Review, approve and close loans within guidelines
• Manage delinquency and collections to protect portfolio
• Lead, train, and develop branch staff
• Oversee operations and ensure policy and regulatory compliance
• Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound decisions
