World Acceptance Corporation of Alabama is seeking a Branch Manager in Foley, AL to drive branch growth, manage portfolio performance, and ensure profitability through loan and tax production, customer retention, and delinquency management.

You will recruit and lead a high-performing team, engage with the community, and uphold company policies while meeting branch goals and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience achieving sales, portfolio growth or profitability goals.
• Experience making lending, collection, or customer account decisions.
• Experience managing delinquency, collections, or portfolio performance.
• Experience leading and developing employees.

Responsabilités

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
• Review, approve, and close loans within guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collections to maintain portfolio performance.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound business decisions.
