You will manage loan processing, address delinquencies, coach a team, and ensure compliant, efficient branch performance while offering career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership/management experience
• High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Experience in consumer finance, lending, or banking preferred

Responsabilités

• Drive Branch Growth: implement plans, build relationships, manage daily operations to goals.
• Lead Loan Processes: oversee new/refinanced loans, ensure compliance and service quality.
• Address Delinquency: proactively manage delinquent accounts.
• Be a Hands-On Leader: set standard for customer service and sales, address concerns professionally.
• Develop Your Team: coach, mentor, and develop career growth; foster service excellence.
• Manage Performance: conduct evaluations, provide feedback, partner with Talent Acquisition.
• Ensure Efficient Operations: handle scheduling, payroll, and expenses for smooth branch ops.
