Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years banking experience.
• Consumer/Residential lending experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Good interpersonal communication and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Thorough knowledge of Consumer and Small Business Lending Operations, Teller and CSR functions, bank products and services.
• Background in banking regulations (state and federal) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch growth, profitability, and operations.
• Cross-train on all branch functions and supervise staff.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and facilities.
• Use reports to maximize branch results and staffing.
• Maximize branch revenues and customer satisfaction (CSP scores).
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Communicate goals to staff and monitor progress.
• Assist in creating and maintaining branch business plan.
• Drive business development and community engagement.
• Conduct business calling and sales programs.
• Monitor sales activities in 360 View.
• Develop and maintain diversified loan and deposit portfolio.
• Protect the bank by implementing controls per policies.
• Serve as chief communicator for branch staff.
