Qualifications

• Minimum one year of management experience or completion of management training program.
• Experience achieving sales, portfolio growth, or profitability goals.
• Experience making lending, collection, or customer account decisions.
• Experience managing delinquency, collections, or portfolio performance.
• Experience leading and developing employees.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
