Responsibilities include meeting branch goals, growing the customer base through outreach, reviewing and approving loans, managing delinquencies, and coaching staff to deliver exceptional service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• At least one year of management experience or completion of a management training program.
• Experience achieving sales or profitability goals is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax preparation production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, community engagement, networking, and promotion of branch products and services.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while holding them accountable for performance.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound business decisions that support branch success.
