Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years in financial services with customers, and ability to travel as needed. On-site work is essential; licensing requirements must be met across applicable states and federal regulators.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• On-site work at branch is required (no work-from-home).
• Travel including overnight stays is required.
• 1–2 years experience in financial services dealing with customers and staff.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements of States and Federal regulators.
• Ability to analyze information and apply judgment.
• Strong interpersonal skills across diverse settings.
• Maintain confidentiality of business and personal information.
• Action and result oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Develops branch growth and profitability goals to meet objectives.
• Manages loans including approvals within delegated authority.
• Maintains delinquency control and engages with delinquencies as needed.
• Delegates daily solicitation assignments to new and existing customers.
• Oversees personnel management including hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, and salary administration.
• Exemplifies impeccable customer service at all times.
• Ensures timely and efficient communication to all branch staff.
• Follows up on Audit results and recommendations.
