Job summary

1st Franklin Financial is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead daily operations at our branch. The role supports the Branch Manager and staff, driving customer satisfaction and generating growth within approved lending limits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in financial services dealing with customers and managing staff.
• On-site branch office work is required; working from home is not allowed.
• Travel including overnight travel is required.
• Ability to analyze information and apply judgment.
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills across diverse settings.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develops and ensures branch growth and profitability goals are met.
• Manages loans including approval of loans and sales finance contracts within delegated authority.
• Maintains branch delinquency control and engages with delinquencies as needed.
• Delegates daily solicitation assignments to customers.
• Oversees personnel management including hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, and salary administration.
• Ensures impeccable customer service is maintained at all times.
• Communicates decisions and results promptly to all branch staff.
• Follows up on Audit results and recommendations.
