The successful candidate will manage delinquency controls, communicate effectively with the team, and support audits. A High School Diploma and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• On-site work at the branch office is required.
• 1–2 years' experience in financial services with customers and staff.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Ability to analyze information and apply judgment.
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills across varying levels.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Action and results oriented.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license to operate an automobile.

Responsibilities

• Develops and assures that Branch growth and profitability goals are met.
• Manages loans including approvals within delegated authority for lending limits.
• Maintains Branch delinquency control and engages with delinquencies as appropriate.
• Delegates daily solicitations to new and existing customers.
• Oversees staffing, hiring, termination, discipline, and salary administration.
• Exemplifies impeccable customer service at all times.
• Ensures timely and efficient communication to all Branch employees.
• Follows up on Audit results and recommendations.
