Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Active Series 7 license required.
• Active Series 66 (63/65) license required.
• Active Series 9/10 license required (may be obtained within 90 days).
• Flexibility to relocate across the network for future manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive local business plan focused on growth of market share and client assets.
• Coach a driven team of branch professionals, focusing on performance management and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to drive talent development and client service excellence.
• Grow market share and client assets by building relationships within the community and Schwab network.
