Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans to win new business and retain existing clients.
• Lead branch P&L, budgeting, and cost-control decisions.
• Coach and develop recruiters and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with directors and VP to review performance.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable notices and licenses at the branch.
