Job summary

Vantage Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional member service. You will oversee staff, compliance, and security while promoting a high-performance culture within the branch.

The role requires five years in sales and at least three years of supervisory experience, with a preference for candidates with banking/credit union background and a college degree.

Qualifications

• Five years in a sales role
• At least three years of supervisory experience
• Experience in a financial institution preferred
• Bachelor’s degree desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and staff to meet sales, growth, and profit targets.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and regulations related to accounts and lending functions.
• Oversee facilities operations, security, audits, opening/closing procedures, balancing, and supply management.
• Hire, terminations, performance reviews, coaching, and associate development.
• Provide ongoing coaching, sales training, and performance leadership to drive sales and service excellence.
• Develop and maintain a highly motivated, well‑trained staff committed to service and performance goals.
• Monitor sales and service behaviors to ensure sound business practices and exceptional member experience.
• Assist members with account and loan needs as necessary; ensure consistent quality and compliance standards.
