With a Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years of management or sales experience, you will manage budgets, compliance, and community partnerships while delivering strong branch performance and an engaging employee culture.

Competenze

• 5+ years of management/supervisory and/or sales experience.
• Combination of education and related experience acceptable.
• In-state driver license required

Mansioni

• Oversee 1–3 branches, ensuring sales and revenue goals are met.
• Coach and develop branch staff to improve customer service and operations.
