BankUnited is seeking a Branch Manager in Fort Lauderdale to lead 1–3 branches with personal production and active coaching of staff. You will drive sales, manage budgets, and foster profitable customer relationships while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes business development, community engagement, and adherence to regulatory standards. A two‑week training class is required, with potential travel for onboarding and incentives for performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years related management/supervisory and/or sales experience required.
• Approved combination of education and industry related experience.

Mansioni

• Meet or exceed branch sales goals and revenue targets.
• Develop plans for expansion and management of business account relationships.
• Coach and supervise branch staff on customer service and sales activities.
• Represent the bank in the community and build partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and audit requirements.
• Attend mandatory Retail Training Class at designated locations.
