Orrstown Bank is seeking a Branch Executive Officer III to manage one or more branch offices, supervise staff, and drive performance and client service excellence in the local community.

The role emphasizes staff development, effective operations, adherence to policy, and cross-selling bank products while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering strong results for the branch and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum four (4) years’ banking or related financial industry experience.
• Experience meeting the duties of Branch Executive Officer I & II.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare a team for success.
• Supervise and mentor branch staff for optimal client service.
• Ensure branch is properly staffed and informed about products and services.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures in branch operations.
• Approve personnel time and attendance and assist in hiring.
