Job summary

Orrstown Bank's Mercersburg Main Street branch is seeking a Branch Executive Officer II. This regular, full-time role oversees one or more branch offices, ensures high-quality customer service, and drives branch profitability.

Ideal candidates hold a related bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least four years of banking or progressive financial industry experience; strong communication, sales, lending, and staff leadership skills are essential to coach and motivate the team and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum four (4) years of relative banking experience.
• Strong reading, verbal and written communication, mathematical, visual, auditory, interpersonal relations, management and sales skills; proficient lending, credit analysis and branch operating systems skills; sound working knowledge of Bank operating policies and procedures; effectively coach, mentor and motivate the staff to create a positive work environment where the staff aspires to do their best; competently handle high workloads, competing demands, interruptions and distractions with poise and ease.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more branch offices to meet the financial service needs of the community while achieving branch profitability objectives.
• Provide direct supervision to branch personnel; develop new business for the Bank as part of the business development program and objectives.
