Job summary

Orrstown Bank is seeking a Branch Executive Officer III in Perry Hall, Baltimore, MD to manage one or more branch offices and drive profitability. You will supervise branch personnel, develop new business, and ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of banking experience, with strong leadership and sales capabilities to coach staff and cross-sell bank products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• At least 4 years banking experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch staff for success.
• Ensure proper staffing and staffing levels.
• Train staff on products, policies, and procedures.
• Review/approve personnel time and attendance.
• Cross-sell bank products and services; maintain client relationships.
• Oversee loan processing to meet credit guidelines.
• Resolve client complaints and maintain service quality.
