Job summary

Orrstown Bank is seeking a Regular - Full time Management role in Perry Hall, MD. The Branch Executive Officer III will manage one or more branch offices to meet community financial service needs and drive profitability, with direct supervision of staff and a focus on business development.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least four years in banking, with responsibilities spanning team leadership, branch operations, lending, and customer relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years’ banking or progressive financial industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and meet branch profitability objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare a team for success.
• Supervise, motivate and mentor branch staff for optimal client service.
• Ensure the branch is properly staffed.
• Ensure staff are informed of products and services and that policies are followed.
• Manage personnel time and attendance.
• Assist in selecting new personnel as applicable.
• Supervise branch security and staff training in security areas.
• Develop and retain new client business within the marketing area.
• Conduct regular sales meetings.
• Refer clients to business partners and cross-sell bank products and services; process various transactions efficiently.
• Make and process loans ensuring adherence to credit guidelines; provide required documentation.
• Manage resolution of client complaints.
• Maintain NMLS registration and ensure regulatory training.
