Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of four years banking or financial industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more branch offices and supervise branch personnel.
• Develop new business for the Bank as part of the business development program.
• Foster collaboration between retail, business lines and management.
• Supervise, motivate and mentor branch staff for optimal client service.
• Prepare branch reports and manage branch security and staffing.
