Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding client accounts, optimizing recruitment, and leading a high-performing branch team. You will oversee P&L, budgets, and strategic plans to deliver superior service to clients and candidates.

In this role, you will coach recruiters, align operations with SLAs, and develop long-term relationships with HR and operations leaders. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on measurable outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Manage branch P&L and budget; control costs and drive profitability.
• Lead and develop branch team, including recruiters and support staff.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure service levels and KPIs/SLAs are met; drive continuous improvement.
