Qualifications

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of retail banking products, services and policies.

Responsibilities

• Guide, direct and coach branch staff to deliver exceptional service to BMO customers.
• Develop and execute a branch business plan to maximize growth and wallet share.
• Conduct sales calls and establish a personal referral network.
• Identify customer needs and provide strategic advice on banking products.
• Build relationships with internal partners to support sales and service objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Bank policies.
• Monitor performance and implement action plans to close gaps.
• Lead implementation of national and regional sales initiatives.
