Responsibilities

• Leads the team to achieve branch profitability by cross-selling and deepening member relationships.
• Oversees daily branch operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Adheres to security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Develops a positive, inclusive work environment and leads by example.
• Supports outside sales efforts for Treasury Management/Relationship Development and lending.
