Royal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Supervisor in Eau Claire, WI to lead a high-performing team and enhance member financial wellness. You will assist the Branch Manager II, oversee teller and MAR functions, and guide cross-location coverage as needed.

You should have a high school diploma, 2+ years in financial services, and 1 year of leadership experience. Notary and a valid driver’s license are required. Eligible benefits accompany a competitive salary and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent not required but preferred for strong customer focus.
• Leadership experience and track record in coaching teams.
• Knowledge of financial services and loan processing basics.
• Notary public seal to be obtained when hired.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engaged, high-performing team committed to improving members' financial wellness.
• Assist Branch Manager II with the overall operation of one or more branches.
• Oversee Teller and MAR operations as directed to meet goals.
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate coverage at other offices as needed.
• Act as the branch leader in the Branch Manager's absence and drive NPS initiatives.
