Royal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Supervisor in Eau Claire, WI to lead a high-performing team and enhance member financial wellness. You will assist the Branch Manager II, oversee teller and MAR functions, and guide cross-location coverage as needed.

You should have a high school diploma, 2+ years in financial services, and 1 year of leadership experience. Notary and a valid driver’s license are required. Eligible benefits accompany a competitive salary and strong growth opportunities.

What You'll Do:

A leader that is committed to maintaining an engaged, high performing team dedicated to improving the financial wellness of our members. Responsible for assisting the Branch Manager II with the overall operation of one or more branch locations. Will ensure the branch and/or specific department meets organizational, financial, operational, service and growth goals. Will oversee some functions of the branch Teller and/or Member Account Representative (MAR) operations. Will assist Branch Manager II by supervising, mentoring and working at other designated offices and locations as directed. Act as overall branch leader in the absence of the Branch Manager. Assist in managing all office channels; provide leadership in managing team members, SLA agreements, and ongoing change while leading and supporting Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives throughout the office.

• Compensation: $65,582-$75,420 annually (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

What's Needed For This Position:

Required Education/Experience Details & Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Two years working in financial services, including a minimum of one year combined experience working with new accounts, loans and loan processing or equivalent loan related experience
• One year leadership experience or equivalent leadership training
• Must be bondable upon hire
• Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle
• Must obtain Notary Seal

• Demonstrates strong leadership and coaching abilities, fostering an engaged and high-performing team through ongoing development and feedback
• Proficient in using digital solutions and technology devices (tablets, smartphones, PCs, laptops) and has a basic understanding of Microsoft Office products

• Applies business acumen and strategic focus to drive branch growth, manage change, and support continuous improvement initiatives

We'd Love To See:

Preferred Education/Experience Details:

• Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
• Prior supervisory experience
• Previous Royal Credit Union experience
• FiCEP Certification (CUNA Financial Counseling Certification Program) OR other approved financial counseling certification

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, working approximately 40 hours per week. Hours and shifts vary between 9:45am-6:15pm Monday through Friday with additional hours, as needed.
• This career opportunity will be located at theEau Claire South office.

Training:

• Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.
