Job summary

Cultivar Group seeks an experienced Branch Manager to oversee our California landscape maintenance branch. You will lead safety, people management, client service, and financial performance to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership, a Bachelor's in business, strong communication, budgeting, and CRM/PM tools proficiency. You will coach a diverse team and collaborate with sales and operations to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years in a leadership or management role, preferably in landscaping or related services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of landscaping principles, materials, and practices.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, MS Office and Google Suite.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations including safety, sales, and service delivery.
• Hire, mentor, and motivate a cross-functional team of sales, operations, and admin staff.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue upsell opportunities.
• Develop annual growth plan with Business Developers and execute strategies.
• Oversee scheduling, project management, and profitability.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
