Job summary

MSGCU is seeking a Branch Manager (or equivalent) to lead an assigned branch in delivering exceptional member service and achieving financial objectives. The role emphasizes sales, service quality, and regulatory compliance within a team-focused environment.

You will work closely with the Branch Manager to implement branch strategies, coach staff, and drive customer satisfaction. The position requires a background in retail banking and supervisory capabilities within MSGCU's service area.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• 3 years of related, progressively more responsible experience within a retail banking environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with leading and managing assigned branch for sales and service operations to meet financial objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provides high quality service to members and builds strong member relationships.
• Directs work for member facing team members and ensures alignment with branch objectives.
• Supports business development efforts and maintains key member groups.
