Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• 3 years of related retail banking experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned branch to meet sales, service, and growth objectives.
• Provide high-quality member service and build strong member relationships.
• Drive business development and new relationships through events and activities.
• Coach and develop branch staff to improve performance and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with policies and government regulations and audits.
