• Deliver a Superior Team Customer Experience (20%). Coach staff to promote sales and service culture; model customer experience strategies; engage in community leadership.
• Recruit, Develop, and Retain Branch Team (15%). Partner with Recruiting; conduct weekly coaching; manage staff rotation and performance assessments.
• Manages Risk/Protect all Stakeholders (15%). Adhere to policies; manage non-credit losses; ensure audit readiness; security and risk mitigation.
