Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership capability in a prior role.
• Experience in relationship management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support branch strategic plan to grow core deposits and loans, fee income.
• Coach and mentor branch associates and monitor performance.
• Ensure high employee morale and customer service satisfaction.
• Promote branch products and services to drive growth.
• Oversee customer service quality and referrals to partners.
• Assist Branch Manager with onboarding new hires and training.
• Lead and mentor other branch associates.
