Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships while ensuring branch performance.
• Lead and coach branch associates; support manager's strategy.
• Promote bank products and services to grow deposits and loans.
• Oversee customer service and relationship management quality.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and training.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Process transactions and support daily branch operations as needed.
