Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Branch & Community Development Manager to drive growth through strategic outreach, relationship building, and strong leadership of the branch team.

The role focuses on expanding deposits and loans, while ensuring compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements, and fostering partnerships within the community and Bank affiliates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies and calling efforts to promote the Bank’s product and service solutions, with emphasis on deposit growth.
• Time outside the branch varies based on branch maturity and market needs, including external meetings and community engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community organizations.
• Refer applicable loan opportunities to Bank business partners and collaborate with affiliates to identify referral opportunities.
• Lead the selection of new branch personnel and ensure adequate branch coverage.
• Monitor progress to achieve growth, sales, and profit objectives and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
