Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead client acquisition, retention, and branch performance. The role emphasizes P&L accountability, recruitment leadership, and high service levels for candidates and clients.

You will coach recruiters, set pay and bill rates, and deliver regular business reviews while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. A strong background in sales and people management is essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally in one-on-one and group discussions and presentations.
• Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to set own priorities, schedule day’s events, make cold calls, prepare and give formal presentations.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and handle numerous problems simultaneously.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow and win back clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales/upper management to understand client business and staffing needs.
• Manage branch P&L and cost control; develop revenue and expense forecasts.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and review KPI metrics.
• Lead recruitment activities and develop branch recruitment strategies.
