Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a recruitment-focused branch in the United States. You will develop growth strategies, manage budgets and P&L, and drive customer service for clients and candidates from onboarding to placement.

You will recruit, train and supervise staff, align operations with SLAs, and maintain strong relationships with HR and operations contacts to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years in related roles.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Experience in a personnel service organization is preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by creating plans and developing new clients.
• Direct branch P&L, budgeting, and cost control measures.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain client relationships with regular reviews and escalation paths.
• Ensure compliance with laws, notices, licenses, and credit processes.
