Job summary

Landscape Workshop is seeking a General Manager to own branch performance, culture, and growth. You’ll lead a safety-first team with strong customer service and operate with corporate support for back-office, recruiting, training, and equipment.

You’ll drive production, quality, and revenue while maintaining a premier service standard. Ideal candidates have 3+ years leading teams and a proven track record in managing customer relationships, sales, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading teams in production or service environments.
• Proven success in managing customer relationships and revenue.
• Ability to complete takeoffs and estimate maintenance work; manage multiple projects.
• Experience interpreting financial statements and using metrics for decisions.
• Two- or four-year degree in horticulture or landscape management preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Commitment to developing people and leadership growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain a performance-driven, safety-first culture.
• Oversee production schedules, resource planning, and quality control.
• Maintain labor efficiency and optimize workflows for productivity.
• Drive new sales opportunities and revenue growth with BD manager.
• Monitor financial statements to guide decisions.
• Ensure 90%+ customer retention and high service standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Account Managers and crews.
• Maintain active recruiting pipeline for staffing needs.
