Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Six Sigma Belt certification preferred.
• 4–6 years of management experience in multi-unit operations.
• Experience in AV/construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and support to branch personnel, including work allocation and training.
• Manages daily financial activities including budget prep and control.
• Drive branch sales, productivity and cost containment.
• Develops and manages branch operations based on the P&L and budget.
• Manage inventory and assets.
• Monitor key metrics and guide department managers.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Travel to various job sites required.
