• Full profit and loss responsibility for the security business unit.
• Drive Revenue and EBITDA growth of the business.
• Maintain and expand customer relationships.
• Direct sales efforts by the Pavion Company team.
• Expand cross selling opportunities.
• Monthly WIP or Backlog reviews and forecasting.
