• 5+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or service operations.
• Proven leadership with experience managing teams and driving operational success.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Project Management and Service Operations.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Project Managers for successful delivery.
• Oversee the Service Manager and grow service-related revenue.
• Develop internal training programs for technical staff.
• Be primary contact for operational issues and workflow solutions.
• Improve processes to enhance productivity and consistency.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources for projects.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer service teams.
