Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead all branch operations for pest control and the Taexx built‑in system. You will oversee sales, marketing, installation, and service, while ensuring financial performance and a positive work environment.

You will manage staff, develop strategic plans, and coordinate with homebuilders and corporate teams to meet objectives. Excellent leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with sales, marketing, and office administration.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
• 3 or more years’ experience in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage all branch operations for pest control and the Taexx system, including sales, marketing, installation, and service.
• Prepare operational and financial projections and develop strategies to achieve goals.
• Develop and execute an effective sales and marketing strategy.
• Manage relationships with homebuilders at the local level and coordinate with corporate staff.
