HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a General Manager to lead all branch operations for pest control and the Taexx system. You will drive sales, marketing, installation, and service while managing budgeted financial performance and team performance.

Qualifications

• Must have 18+ years with a HS diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• Experience with sales, marketing, and office administration
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 3+ years in a management role

Responsibilities

• Manage all branch operations in line with budgeted financial performance
• Prepare operational and financial projections and develop strategies to meet goals
• Answer questions, research problems, resolve issues and meet customer expectations
• Prepare composite reports from subordinates’ reports
• Develop and execute an effective sales and marketing strategy
• Manage homebuilder relationships at the local level and coordinate with corporate staff
• Create a positive work environment and attract qualified staff
• Delegate duties and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain necessary certifications/licensing
• Address errors and complaints with team, homebuilders, and homeowners
• Assist subordinates in their duties when needed
