Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking a General Manager to lead branch operations, sales, marketing, installation and service for the Taexx system. The role focuses on achieving budgeted performance and optimizing the customer experience.

You’ll supervise staff, develop strategies, manage builder relationships, and coordinate with corporate teams to drive growth while maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with sales, marketing, and office administration.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
• 3 or more years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all branch operations for pest control and the Taexx system, including sales, marketing, installation and service.
• Prepare operational and financial projections and develop strategies to meet goals.
• Answer questions, research problems, resolve issues, and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Prepare composite reports from subordinates' reports.
• Develop and execute an effective sales and marketing strategy.
• Manage homebuilder relationships and coordinate with corporate to capitalize on business opportunities.
