HomeTeam is seeking a General Manager to oversee all branch operations, including pest control services and the Taexx® system, with responsibility for sales, marketing, installation, and service. You will manage budgets, lead staff, and develop strategies to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience with sales, marketing, and office administration.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years’ experience in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage all branch operations in line with budgeted financial performance.
• Prepare operational and financial projections and develop strategies.
• Demonstrate ability to research problems and resolve issues for customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy.
• Coordinate with homebuilders and corporate staff to capitalize on business.
