Job summary

HomeTeam in Spring, TX, part of Rollins, Inc., seeks a General Manager to lead branch operations for our pest control business, including the Taexx built-in system, sales, marketing, installation and service.

You will manage budgeted performance, develop strategies, lead staff, and build strong relationships with homebuilders while maintaining a safe, welcoming work environment and a culture of recognition.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in a management role.
• Experience with sales, marketing, and office administration.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
• College degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all branch operations for pest control and Taexx system, including sales, marketing, installation and service.
• Prepare operational and financial projections and develop strategies to meet goals.
• Attract and develop high-caliber staff and maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee homebuilder relationships and coordinate with corporate for multi-market opportunities.
• Ensure customer expectations are met and address issues with team members and homeowners.
