Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, marketing, and office administration.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all branch operations for pest control and Taexx system.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet budgets.
• Prepare operational and financial projections and monitor performance.
• Maintain certifications and licensing as required by state/region management.
• Ensure customer expectations are met and address issues promptly.
