HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a General Manager to lead branch operations for pest control and Taexx system implementations. You will oversee sales, marketing, installation, and service, while aligning with budgets and regional goals.

Role requires 3+ years in management, strong communication, and experience in sales, marketing, and office administration. The position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package in a fast-growing, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with sales, marketing, and office administration.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
• 3 or more years’ experience in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates all branch operations for pest control and the Taexx system, including sales, marketing, installation, and service.
• Prepare operational and financial projections and develop strategies to meet goals.
• Develop and execute an effective sales and marketing strategy.
• Manage the homebuilder relationship at the local level and coordinate with corporate staff.
• Create a positive work environment and recruit/retain qualified staff.
• Maintain licensing/certifications as required by state and by Region management.
