Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, marketing, and office administration.
• Experience supervising and developing staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage all branch operations in line with budgeted financial performance.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with homebuilders relations locally and with corporate staff.
• Lead a positive work environment; recruit and develop staff.
• Prepare reports and provide forecasts and strategic plans.
