The role requires strong leadership, staff development, and adherence to licensing. Offering a competitive salary of $85,000–$95,000 plus bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED; College degree preferred
• Must have experience with sales, marketing, and office administration
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing teams of 20 or more employees.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills
• 3 or more years’ experience in a management role

Responsibilities

• Manage all branch operations for pest control, including sales, marketing, installation, and service.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve budgeted financial performance.
• Demonstrate ability to answer questions, research problems, resolve issues and ensure customer’s expectations are met.
• Prepare composite reports according to corporate requirements from individual reports of subordinates.
• Develop and execute an effective sales and marketing strategy.
• Manage homebuilder relationships at local level and coordinate with corporate on multi-market opportunities.
• Create a positive work environment. Attracts and selects high caliber employees while maintaining qualified staff.
• Delegate duties and examine work for exactness, conformance to policies and procedures.
• Maintain appropriate certification/licensing as required by state/Region management.
• Adjust errors and complaints with all team members, homebuilders, and homeowners.
• Assist subordinates in the performance of duties and steps in to perform duties when necessary
