HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to oversee all branch operations in the Houston area, including sales, marketing, installation, and service. You will manage budgets, lead a team, and drive strategic growth with homebuilders and corporate support.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
• Experience with sales, marketing, and office administration.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage all branch operations within budgeted financial performance.
• Prepare operational and financial projections and develop strategies to meet goals.
• Develop and execute an effective sales and marketing strategy.
• Maintain relationships with homebuilders and coordinate with corporate staff.
• Create a positive work environment and recruit high-caliber staff.
• Delegate duties and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain appropriate certification/licensing as required by state/regional management.
• Resolve errors and complaints with team, homebuilders, and homeowners.
